Silver Spot. Ideal for making collodial silver. One ounce is 20 inches in length. If your intention is to make jewelry you do not need this level of purity. However, if you intend to end up putting something in or on your body, going for the highest level of purity (ten times) is obviously important. 10 Gauge wire is much thicker than 12 gauge and will last much longer when making colloidal silver. It also has a greater surface area so the particles generated at a given current will be smaller in size. A copy of the Certificate of Analysis will be sent with the silver wire. Silver Spot As of today, the spot price for silver is $14.33/oz. So, it didn't make sense to me to shell out $35.00 for an ounce of silver wire. Even beautiful one ounce 99.99 fine Canadian Maple Leafs were selling at $17.89 each. But, I needed the pure 9999 silver 10 gauge wire. I spent at least an hour trying to find a better price for the wire I needed on the net with no success (unless I special ordered and bought a minimum of 100 feet). Other than that, the 9999 pure silver wire could not be found at a reasonable price, anywhere. AtlasNova was actually the lowest price I found.

Now, if you only need silver for making jewelry, this is NOT the product that you need (low purity sterling will work just fine.) But if you need very pure silver for making anything that will go on or in your body (like colloidal silver), this is the kind that you MUST have. AtlasNova sent a copy of an alleged assay report for the silver stating that the purity was .99997 pure. But Silver Spot, minus validating signatures and an assay seal, this report held little meaning for me. 99.99% pure silver rounds and coins are clearly stamped and guaranteed by the government or mint that issued them. Buying silver wire on the other hand relies on a great deal of trust. So, assuming that the assay report may not apply to this order, I had to go on the excellent reputation of AtlasNova who has been selling this type of product for years. Assuming that I actually received what I paid for, I am satisfied with the silver wire and the quick delivery from AtlasNova.

This is really a nice product. I'm using it to prepare colloidal silver. From the first look you will love it.

Silver Spot This makes some excellent colloidal silver. I put together my own CS generator and use this for the silver. I can make a gallon at a time with one ounce of 10 gauge wire cut in half.
